• Jerry reported about the golf fundraiser for the Athletic Complex. The day went good, there were ten teams with silent auction $3,000.00 was raised.
• People had questions about a limited amount of people who can use the athletic complex. What kind of things would you support? What will it take to get this off the ground? Industrial Growth – what are we doing to take advantage of this growth? Why would you want to live in Manawa? Talked about doing a survey but it is very expensive. Possibly have town hall style meetings which cost less, but people don’t always like these and don’t show up. Possibly could put survey in water bills, Manawa Messenger or some other way to distribute to people.
